Fixed Price Model –

Our fixed price model is to satisfy our customers to opt for a pre-negotiated price for the project based on thorough analysis of client requirements. This model is used when the project specifications are well defined and the client wants to limit time and cost exposure. A complete study of requirements is done at elementary level itself in order to avoid any discrepancies related to the software requirements specification and to develop an exact plan at a very detailed level.

Time & Material Model –

If your project requirements are likely to change during the course of the project or if you want specialized skills for a period of time the best option is to go for time & material model . At 1SEO, we offer Time & Material Model to provide complete flexibility & transparency to the project giving you complete control over the development cycle of the project. Under this model, clients pay on hourly basis depending on actual hours of service as per pre-negotiated hourly charges, making it the most flexible of all models.
